It is sold by piece and is surgical steel made with IP plating (gold & rose gold) at 14 gauge (1.6mm) or 16 gauge (1.2mm) with a 1/4" (6mm) long bar and 3/8" (10mm) internal diameter. The silver color is suitable for initial piercings! This item is nickel free and ready to ship.
