The Dagger Labret is a stunning jewelry choice for your ear or lip piercings! It features a tiny gem set in the handle, and is 8mm long x 3mm wide at it's widest point, making it an ideal piece for areas with less space!

It is sold by piece and is 316L surgical steel made with 24k gold pvd plating at 16 gauge and 1/4" (6mm) or 5/16" (8mm) long with internal threading. Our spare backs are NOT compatible with this labret top! This item is hypoallergenic and ready to ship!
