What size do I get?!

What material is your jewelry made of?
Our jewelry is made of hypoallergenic, skin friendly metals such as 316L surgical steel, implant grade titanium, and .925 sterling silver. Can I wear your jewelry all the time, even in the shower?
Yes! Our jewelry does not rust or tarnish. If you do have any issue with your jewelry you can contact us and we will get you taken care of! ☺️
What are Spirit Adornment's business hours?
We are online only at this time, so you can shop for new adornments around the clock! We are closed for all major U.S. Holidays as well as weekends so please note that your messages will be answered and orders shipped once we return.
When will my package arrive?
As a small business also operating an animal sanctuary (animals need lots of time and care!) we pack orders once per week! We know it is exciting and hard to wait for your new jewelry, so we appreciate your patience and support as we work hard to get your orders shipped out to you as quickly as possible while caring for animals in need!
You can track your package by clicking the link in your order confirmation email, and you will receive an email as soon as the package is shipped.

Do you ship worldwide?
We do ship internationally through USPS. Please allow an average of 7-21 days for the order to arrive via USPS First Class Package International. Depending on how long customs takes to process your package, delivery may take up to 8 weeks in some cases. We do offer expedited international shipping through UPS! All international orders receive free USPS shipping for orders over $50. All orders are coming from the United States and we are not responsible for any taxes required upon import. Has my order shipped?
When your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a pink tracking number & link to your tracking page!
My order says "delivered" but I did not receive it. What do I do?
During the busy holiday season and sometimes during the rest of the year, a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it. If this happens, we suggest allowing an additional 24 hours to see if the package was prematurely marked delivered. If it still does not arrive, check with your neighbors, family members, and spouses for the package as the carriers sometime mix up the addresses. If this does not work, please contact your local post office to ask about the package. 9 times out of 10 they can find out where the package was left and return it to you!
Can I cancel an order?
We receive many orders and many emails, so we cannot guarantee that any order can be cancelled. If we can get to your email before your order ships we will do our best to get it cancelled for you!
Can I add something to my order?
Unfortunately we cannot alter the items on an order after it has been placed, except to correct shipping addresses or email addresses!
I entered the wrong address, what do I do?
If your package has not yet shipped, we can easily update your shipping address! Send us an email with your order number and the correct address and we will get it fixed for you. If your order has already been shipped, the package will most likely be returned to us. We can resend the package to you but ask that you cover the additional shipping cost! Please email us with your order number and correct address in this case as well.
I forgot to use a discount code, can I add one after I place the order?
Send us an email to info@spiritadornments.com with your discount code and the order number and we will be happy to adjust the price for you! *order must be placed during sale dates, if applicable
I placed an order, and soon after there was a sale. Can I get my items for the sale price?
The order must be placed during the sale dates to be eligible for the sale price!
I love an item, but it is not available in my size. Can I custom order?
Absolutely! Some items are available to custom order, simply send us an email and we will do our very best to get you what you need!
My item arrived broken, now what?!
Please send us an email to info@spiritadornments.com so we can get you a replacement! 💞
