Returns Policy / Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is our number one goal ✨ We strive to provide high quality jewelry at respectable prices and deliver excellent customer service to our entire Spirit Adornments family!
If you purchased an item and it is not the correct size or you simply don't like it, you can return it to us as or exchange the item for a different size or a different item(s) of equal value as long the following conditions are met:
1. You contact us via email within 3 days of your order's delivery with your order number and the name & quantity of the items you wish to return/exchange. Returns are eligible for store credit or money back. Shipping costs are NOT refundable. Clearance items are final sale.
2. You must ship the item(s) back in a *padded envelope* to the following address:

3. Your package must be padded, and you must include a note in the package with your order number and the jewelry, you MUST have sent us an email as well. If you fail to do these things you will not get a refund and we will return the jewelry back to you. The reason for this is that jewelry sent in a regular envelope will most likely get broken in the postal system.
You will receive a refund as soon as we receive and process your return package! We process returns on a weekly basis, so do not worry if we don't email you immediately when your package is delivered. 💞
We highly suggest getting tracking for your package. If the package is lost before it arrives back to us, we will not be able to issue a refund.

INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, or something was missing from your order- please contact us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 3 days from the delivery date with your order number and photographs of the item (if damaged or incorrect).
