With this being said, due to the nature of our items we have a strict NO returns / exchanges policy at this time. This is a decision made in the interest of hygiene, as it is not safe to return any worn body jewelry and there is no way to prove that the jewelry remains unworn when returned. Incorrect or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) as soon as possible within 3 days from the delivery date with your order number and photographs of the item.
